Chico Soroptomists Attend Conference in Taiwan
Soroptomist International of Chico is a service club dedicated to helping women and children realize their life potential.
Four from the Chico club were delegates at the Soroptimist International of the Americas biennial conference in Taiwan. They also made a whirlwind tour of China, including a trip to Beijing which included Tianamen Square and then nearby the Great Wall, and inland to see the Terra Cotta Warriors among other sites, while bringing the message of hope and service of Soroptomist International to all those they came in contact with.

The Sorptomists International club in Chico is a large group of women who host the Home & Garden Show in Chico in March of every year, raising impressive amounts of money to support non-profit groups all over Chico. This is one of the oldest and most active service clubs in Chico, California.
