Fabric Artist Fashion Show, June 27
For a very unique fashion show, put June 27 from 7:30-9:00 p.m. on your calendar.
You’re going to love it! The crazy creations of Melissa Arnold will dazzle you with designs that seem to come from a different planet. Her couture art wear incorporates many obscure chemical and physical techniques, most so painstaking it would give you a headache to think about it. Our five local models have plenty of costume changes representing almost two decades of Melissa’s creations, some of which are on loan from acclaimed fashion designer Catherine Bacon.
Enjoy a first! This is the first time that the Chico Art Center has held a fashion show. Refreshments, finger food, and fashions, too. $5 suggested donation.
