Each Saturday — Oroville Farmers Market
With our warm and dry weather, it is a great time to reacquaint yourself and your family to our local Oroville farmers’ market. We are extremely fortunate to live in Butte County where we all can benefit from the wide variety of agricultural and the small farming community that bring local produce to our local farmers’ markets. The local farmers are currently harvesting strawberries, cherries, apricots, peaches, beets, greens, oranges, spring flowers and sweet, sun-ripened tomatoes are just weeks away. The local farmers’ markets are a great way to support local farmers, buy fresh, in season, locally grown produced food, and meet and visit with your friends and neighbors. The Oroville farmers’market occurs every Saturday morning in the parking lot of the municipal auditorium from May through November.
