Industrial BBQ Cook-off, June 19
The 46th Annual Industrial BBQ Cook-off, sponsored by the Chico Chamber of Commerce, is a new spin on a great community tradition. Join us Thursday, June 19 at the Silver Dollar Fairgrounds for the Social at 5:30 p.m., the Cook-off and Dinner from 6:30-8:30 p.m. and entertainment from 8-10 p.m.
There will be fiery competition from five local companies: Holey Smokes BBQ & Catering, Kinder’s Meats Deli BBQ, Jedidiah’s Neighborhood Grill, Smokin’ Mo’s BBQ and Steelhead BBQ Co. Tickets are $35 and include sampling from all five companies, plus two side dishes.
Entertainment and dancing will be provided by “The Alternators” band. For more information on the event, call 891-5556.
