Oroville Business Showcase, April 9
The Oroville Area Chamber of Commerce, in conjunction with the Feather River Recreation and Park District and City of Oroville, is proud to present the Oroville Business Showcase 2008. Scheduled for Wed., April 9 at the Municipal Auditorium, the all-day event is designed to promote the Oroville area, spotlight local businesses and provide networking opportunities to both exhibitors and guests.
We expect to have more than 40 exhibitors in the Showcase and hope for at least 300 people to attend the premier of Oroville’s only business-to-business trade show. Admission is free to the public.
The Business Showcase will begin with a Wake Up Oroville Mixer at 9:30am. The doors open to the general public at 10am. Mug Shots will be offering beverages and pastries for purchase starting at 9am, and lunch items from approximately 11:30am-3pm. The exhibitor portion of the event ends at 4pm, but everyone is invited to stay for a no-host cocktail mixer from 4-5pm.
As an exhibitor you’ll have the opportunity to share your products or services with other exhibitors and show attendees, cultivate new customers through face-to-face exposure, connect with and inform current customers, meet decision makers and prominent members of the business community, check out the competition and help promote business and economic development in the Oroville area.
Exhibitor booths are available for $100 for Chamber members and $200 for non-members. The booths are 8 feet deep by 10 feet wide and include black draping that is 8 feet high in the back and 3 feet high on the sides, a 6-foot table, two chairs and one table covering.
Reservations are on a first-come, first served basis. Payment in full must be received to guarantee your spot. To register for the Business Showcase you can call 538-2542. Wireless Internet service and access to electricity are available upon request.
