AVATAR is coming to Downtown Oroville on First Friday, August 6th for our annual FREE Movie in the Park. You wont want to miss this blockbuster feature film being shown outdoors, under the stars and trees in historic Bicentennial Park.
The Oro Dam Cruisers will have their classic cars on display on Bird Street starting at 4pm and they will parade the cars to Robinson Street at 7pm. A special thanks to all the cruisers for sponsoring the movie this year. Preshow activities will also include a chance to win gifts from the downtown businesses. The YMCA will have their Snack Shack open at 7pm at the park with all the traditional movie eats and drinks. This is an alcohol and smoke free event. Showtime is sunset, so bring a blanket to sit on and enjoy the show!
