Tic Toc, the Clock is Back

The Centennial Clock that was the unfortunate recipient of a wayward vehicle last spring in historic downtown Oroville has been replaced.  The original clock was donated by the Noontime Rotary Club in 2006 honoring the City’s one hundredth anniversary.  The new clock, a classic two dial, is prominently displayed on the 1900 block of Montgomery Street in the historic downtown district adding a vintage look to the streetscape.  The clock has the Rotary International insignia encased in the twenty-four inch timepiece.  Sharon Atteberry, City Administrator, said, “We are pleased to have the clock back, up and running for all to enjoy.”
